Terms of use

These terms apply to the Yondernite website and related app features provided by Dataracing Group Kft. They explain the conditions on which we make the service available. Browsing and creating an account currently carry no Yondernite subscription fee. A future paid offering would require separate, clearly presented terms and your agreement before any charge.

Recommendations use your chosen location, interests, artists, wishes and feedback. Rankings and automated descriptions are suggestions, not a guarantee of suitability, availability or accuracy. Dates, prices, venues and programme details can change. Check the linked event page for current information, age limits and accessibility before buying or travelling. Saving an event or selecting “Interested” does not book a place.

Yondernite does not sell tickets or organise the listed events. Ticket purchases, cancellations, refunds and admission are governed by your agreement with the relevant seller or organiser. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use their services.

Keep your sign-in details secure and use only an account you are entitled to access. Give accurate account information and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You must have legal capacity to use the service or the permission of your parent or guardian where required. The service is not directed at children under 16. Event-specific age restrictions apply independently.

Do not attempt to access someone else’s data, bypass security or access limits, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, or use it for unlawful or abusive activity. Only enter information you are entitled to provide. You retain your rights in your own text; you allow us to store and process it as needed to provide the features you request.

Yondernite’s branding and software, and the event descriptions, photographs and other third-party material displayed through it, remain subject to their owners’ rights. A listing does not imply an endorsement or partnership, or grant a right to republish protected material. Report rights concerns using the contact details on the legal page.

Spotify, Google or Facebook connections are optional and subject to their providers’ availability and terms. You choose whether to connect them. Notifications require your settings and device permissions; delivery is not guaranteed. You can use recommendations with notifications disabled. Your cookie choices are separate from accepting these terms.

As a member with a confirmed email address you can add photos to an event's page. Only add a photo you took or have the right to publish, and that belongs to the event or an evening out. Nudity or sexual content, images that endanger a minor or are violent, hate symbols, personal data (such as a document or a screen), advertising, spam and anything unlawful may not be posted. A photo becomes public only after its automatic check; the check and the judgement of reports are made by an automatic system, not by a person. You can ask for a decision to be reviewed at the address given on the legal page.

By posting you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to show the photo on yonder𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒆's pages and app, on its share link and in the preview image made for it, for as long as the photo is up. You can delete a photo at any time; deleting your account deletes your photos. If you are in a photo, or you see something unlawful, you can ask for its removal with the photo's "Report" button or at the address given on the legal page. We may remove a photo that breaks the rules and, for repeated or serious breaches, suspend your uploads.

Connecting an AI assistant (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) is optional. Beyond the programme listing that is available without signing in, the assistant can read your recommendations and your Interested list only with your explicit permission; the connection is read-only and the assistant changes nothing on your account. You can revoke it at any time under Settings → Connected assistants. The assistant’s provider is responsible for the assistant’s answers and suggestions and its own terms apply to using it; check a programme’s time, place and details on the organiser’s page. We may limit abusive automated requests.

We aim to keep Yondernite useful and available, but interruptions, errors and changes are possible. We are responsible for our service as required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional wrongdoing or damage to life, physical integrity or health. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory consumer rights or makes you responsible for our own faults.

You can stop using Yondernite at any time and request or perform account deletion. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a material breach of these terms or a security threat. Where feasible and lawful, we explain the reason and offer a way to raise a concern. Urgent protection of users or the service may require immediate action.

Hungarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or the courts available to them in their country of residence. Contact us first with a service complaint; written consumer complaints receive a reasoned response within the applicable statutory deadline, generally 30 days. You can also seek help from a competent conciliation body or court. Our registered office falls within the Pest County Conciliation Board’s area.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an available contact channel before taking effect where required; changes requiring consent will be presented for agreement.
