A Napló-filmek harmadik darabját Mészáros Márta az 1956-os forradalomnak szentelte. Juli (Czinkóczi Zsuzsa) októberben Moszkvában reked, míg itthon János (Jan Nowicki) tevékenyen részt vesz a forradalom seményeiben. Juli csak novemberben térhet haza… A forradalom és különösen a leverését követő időszak ellentmondásait, személyes dilemmáit feltáró alkotás egyike a sorsfordító hetek legmegrázóbb krónikáinak.
