Kedves Világjáró Gyerekek! Furcsa, de a szomszédainkról néha kevesebbet tudunk, mint távoli helyek lakóiról. Veletek is így van? Akkor mindenképpen gyertek el és ismerjétek meg Szerbiát, a szerb népi kultúrát, amelynek olyan sok közös pontja van a magyarral. A történelmünk és tájaink is összekapcsolódnak – megtudhatjátok például, hogy hová folyik tőlünk a Duna és a Tisza, és hol találkoznak. Vagy hogy hol él a legtöbb szerb Magyarországon… És az is lehet, hogy jó pár szót anélkül is értünk, hogy valaha szerbül tanultunk volna. Mi lehet például a „palačinka”? És ajvárt etettek már? Nálunk megtehetitek! Szeretettel várjuk a család apraját-nagyját egy szombati szomszédolásra! Does that sound familiar? Then come and discover Serbia and Serbian folk culture, which have so much in common with Hungarian traditions and heritage! Our history and landscapes are closely intertwined as well. You can find out, for example, where the Danube and the Tisza flow from Hungary and where the two rivers meet. Or discover where the largest Serbian community in Hungary lives… And you may even find that you understand quite a few Serbian words without ever having studied the language! For instance, what could palačinka possibly mean? And have you ever tasted ajvar? You can try them both here! We warmly welcome children and adults alike to join us for a Saturday of discovering our neighbour, learning, creating and having fun together!
