THE WORKSHOP Kristóf & Nimi will take over the counter for a live Vegan Gyros & Tahini-Tzatziki Workshop, with a few volunteers from the audience joining them along the way. They'll share secrets from their Greek kitchen and show you how to make a truly satisfying plant-based gyros with creamy homemade tzatziki, based on tahini. Come hungry, and if you're brave, ready to get your hands deliciously messy.
