Földszint

Magyar nyelven, felirat nélkül ※ in Hungarian without subtitles A tragikomédia főszereplője Méhn Kristóf, a festőművészből lett banki archiváló, aki feleségével, Verával egy társasházi földszinti lakásban lakik. A történet azon a napon játszódik, amikor Kristóf véletlenül penészfoltot fedez fel lakásuk falán, és nem sokkal később megtudja Verától, hogy gyerekük lesz. Elhatározza, hogy felderíti a penész eredetét. A korábban számára ismeretlen lakótársak faggatása közben egyre élesebbé válik a konfliktusa a nyájaskodó közös képviselővel, aki épp egy nagy liftbeszerelési projektet akar keresztülvinni a késő délutáni lakógyűlésen. Ahogy Kristóf kezd belegabalyodni a ház ügyeibe, gyanúja egyre erősebb: a ház beteg. A Cinefest Filmfesztivál Adolf Zukor-díjas filmje. The tragicomedy follows Kristóf Méhn, a painter-turned-bank archivist who lives with his wife, Vera, in a ground-floor apartment in a condominium building. The story takes place on the day Kristóf accidentally discovers a patch of mold on the wall of their apartment, and shortly afterward learns from Vera that they are expecting a child. He decides to investigate the source of the mold. As he questions the previously unfamiliar residents of the building, his conflict with the ingratiating condominium manager becomes increasingly heated. The manager is trying to push through a major elevator installation project at a residents’ meeting scheduled for later that afternoon. As Kristóf becomes increasingly entangled in the building’s affairs, his suspicion grows stronger: the building is sick. Winner of the Adolf Zukor Award at the CineFest Film Festival.
