SCHEDULE 17:00–19:00 Cooking Workshop, Conversation & Film Screening – Ticketed A communal cooking experience with Kristóf & Nimi, followed by the screening of ‘What We Are All About’. 19:00–00:00 Book Launch, Signing & Party – Free Entry Meet Kristóf & Nimi, get your copy signed, have a drink and stay for the music. THE WORKSHOP Kristóf & Nimi will take over the counter for a live Vegan Gyros & Tahini-Tzatziki Workshop, with a few volunteers from the audience joining them along the way. They'll share secrets from their Greek kitchen and show you how to make a truly satisfying plant-based gyros with creamy homemade tzatziki, based on tahini. Come hungry, and if you're brave, ready to get your hands deliciously messy.
