A Kráter ennek az alkotói praxisnak különösen izgalm as továbbgondolása\, hiszen nem hagyományos értelemben vett\, rögzít ett koreográfiáról van szó\, hanem egy folyamatosan fejlődő performa tív kutatásról\, amely különböző helyszíneken és konstellációkb an manifesztálódik. Kiindulópontját a veszteség és az újrakezdés k ettőssége adja: a kráter egyszerre egy erőteljes esemény nyoma\, sér ülés és hiány\, ugyanakkor egy új táj\, egy új forma keletkezésén ek helye is. Különösen izgalmas az\, ahogyan Vadas ezt a gondolati kiin dulópontot nem narratív formában\, hanem fizikai intenzitásokon keresz tül igyekszik megragadni: Az extázis\, az agonizálás\, az elengedés és az újjászerveződés dramaturgiai ívén keresztül közelíti meg a zokat a dialektikus feszültségeket\, amelyek a rombolás és a keletkez és\, a hiány és az excesszus\, a kontroll elvesztése és az új forma kialakulása között húzódnak. Minden új helyszínnel való találkoz ás révén szükségszerűen új változat jön létre. Az extázis\, az agonizálás és az elengedés folyamatain ak transzformációja. Érzelmi és testi vizsgálódás\, amelyben a konk rét és absztrakt folyamatok fizikai megvalósulásának intenzív válta kozása jelenik meg\, kapcsolódva érzelmeink megtestesítő nyomhagyás ához. Az instant performanszok egyben kísérleti színterek is\, egy fol yamatosan fejlődő\, gyakorlatalapú kutatás megnyilvánulásai. A kráterben képződött teremtmény egy érzékelő\, intim létező\, amely viselkedésével testesíti meg a fikciós teret\, ahol különböző valóságok találkozhatnak. English: Zsófia Tamara Vadas is a choreographer\, contemporary dancer-performer a nd dance teacher whose performances bring movement into interaction with s ound\, space and different states of consciousness and perception. Her ind ividual and collaborative works are both characterised by an experimental attitude whereby she approaches dance from the perspective of other artist ic practices. Crater is a particularly fascinating further exploration of this creative practice\, as it is not a conventional fixed choreography\, but an evolving performative research project that manifests itself in dif ferent locations and constellations. Its point of departure is the duality of loss and new beginnings: a crater is simultaneously the trace of a mig hty event\, a wound and a void\, but also the site where a new landscape\, a new form emerges. Particularly exciting is the way Vadas seeks to grasp this conceptual point of departure by means of physical intensities inste ad of a narrative format: through the dramaturgical arc of ecstasy\, agoni sing\, letting go and reorganisation\, she explores the dialectical tensio ns between destruction and creation\, absence and excess\, the loss of con trol and the emergence of a new form. At the centre of the performance is an intriguing fictional creature that seems to emerge from a “crater”\ , or from the negative space of it. Vadas’s choreography is always based on the specific architectural\, atmospheric and acoustic qualities of the particular space\, treating each location not as a backdrop but as an act ive partner in the choreography. Each encounter with a new location inevit ably begets a new version. It investigates the tra nsformations of ecstasy\, agonization\, and letting go. This is an emotion al and physical inquiry in which the intense alternation of concrete and a bstract processes is physically embodied\, leaving imprints of our emotion al states. These instant performances also serve as experimental platforms – manifestations of an ongoing\, practice-based research. Crater always invites the specific space and acoustic qualities of each location to bec ome partners in the choreography. The creature formed within the crater is a sensing\, intimate being that\, through its behavior\, embodies the fic tional space where different realities can meet. Her work moves across the fields of contemporary dance\, performing arts\, and interdisciplinary collaborat ion. At the core of her practice is the act of engaging\, experimentation\ , and the creation of performative situations in which different disciplin es mutually influence and shape one another. In her work\, she explores th e space between the audience and the performer\, as well as the “field o f not-knowing\,” through improvisation\, instant composition\, and vario us embodied practices. She often works with artists of different ages and backgrounds\, creating horizontal\, non-hierarchical working environments. She does not maintain a permanent company\; instead\, she works through p roject-based collaborations and spontaneously formed collectives. Alongsid e her creative and performance work\, she also works as an outside eye\, d ramaturg\, and choreographic consultant with numerous Hungarian artists. A s a dance educator and facilitator of creative movement classes and worksh ops\, she supports the development of curiosity\, body awareness\, and ima gination.
