st)\n\nAz eredeti oldal leírása:\nFukui Ryu "I mainly make instrumental
music. At first\, I was more interested in the acoustic aspects of sound
 — how different parts of a wardrobe could be set in motion through diffe
rent chords and detuning. Lately\, I’ve been experimenting more with a c
 ompositional approach. With my most recent release\, “o o o a lu v koma\
,” I tried to work with fewer elements than in my previous pieces. The r
esult feels a little empty\, but I still like it to some extent. I sampled
my own drum recordings and played the melodies using a Moog synthesizer.
What I like about synthesis is how you can travel to so many different pla
ces without even leaving your seat — a kind of voyager experience. When
 I perform live\, I don’t really play live in the traditional sense\; I m
ostly just play back things I’ve already made. It’s a little like free
styling\, at least in the sense that things can become somewhat formulaic.
I arrive at my melodies and sounds through a lot of refining\, reworking\
, and experimentation. I’ll bring some existing recordings\, including o
lder pieces\, as well as one or two new ones. There’s a passage I came a
cross recently in a piece of writing about music that I really liked: “
The overtones closer to the fundamental seem to contribute more or more pe
rceptibly to the total phenomenon of the tone — tone accepted as euphoni
ous\, suitable for art — while the more distant seem to contribute less
or less perceptibly. But it is quite certain that they all do contribute m
ore or less\, that of the acoustical emanations of the tone nothing is los
 t. And it is just as certain that the world of feeling somehow takes into
account the entire complex\, hence the more distant overtones as well.”
https://fukuiryu.bandcamp.com/ Takuto Fukuda is a composer\, multimedia ar
tist\, and gestural controller performer. Viewing art as a medium for insi
ght-sharing\, he uses technologies to highlight contemporary human conditi
ons\, such as the blurred boundaries between human and non-human\, normal
and abnormal\, and able and disabled. His creative practice spans a wide r
ange of media and styles: from mixed media compositions integrating audiov
isual content and live performers\, to gamified works enabling real-time\,
interactive\, and chance-based music-making\, as well as music for digita
l musical instruments like the T-Stick and the Tray. Fukuda’s work has b
een recognised internationally with accolades from the GroundSwell Compose
r Competition 2025 (Canada)\, the ICU International Composers Contest (Ukr
aine)\, and ISMIR 2020 (Canada)\, and has been performed by leading ensemb
les such as Ensemble Intercontemporain (France)\, Vertixe Sonora Ensemble
(Spain)\, Ensemble Paramirabo (Canada)\, and the Ligeti Quartet (UK). He h
olds a Doctor of Music in Composition from McGill University and has been
serving as Assistant Professor in Electronic Music and Media Arts at the U
niversity of Pécs since 2025. https://fukuiryu.bandcamp.com/album/riverdi
