 llows Kristóf Méhn\, a painter-turned-bank archivist who lives with his 
 wife\, Vera\, in a ground-floor apartment in a condominium building. The s
 tory takes place on the day Kristóf accidentally discovers a patch of mol
 d on the wall of their apartment\, and shortly afterward learns from Vera 
 that they are expecting a child. He decides to investigate the source of t
 he mold. As he questions the previously unfamiliar residents of the buildi
 ng\, his conflict with the ingratiating condominium manager becomes increa
 singly heated. The manager is trying to push through a major elevator inst
 allation project at a residents’ meeting scheduled for later that aftern
 oon. As Kristóf becomes increasingly entangled in the building’s affair
 s\, his suspicion grows stronger: the building is sick. Winner of the Adol
 f Zukor Award at the CineFest Film Festival.
